DUTIES OF A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

A system administrator's responsibilities might include:
Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments.
Performing routine audits of systems and software.
Performing backups.
Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
Answering technical queries.
Responsibility for security.
Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
Troubleshooting any reported problems.
System performance tuning.
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.

  2. Please supply any DOP ORDER in this regard. If available any orders please mail duvvursai@gmail.com. As I am working as Divisional System Admin in AP Circle. One fraud identified by me in one HO under our Division. After 3 years I am suspended and revoked, punished with Rule-37 to neighboring Division. Finally the RO CLI report has prepared and identified my as co-offender in the said fraud. Now, I am in troubles, I want the prescribed duties of DSA by DOP authorities. Any one help me in this regard, I want to save my job. I have got award from my former PMG Sir as "BEST SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR". This my fate as system administrator. Any one help and supply the duties of system administrator. Please, Please, Please
