Point of Sale/Despatch Shift end Error- "A floating point exception occured in user process"

While day ending the Point of Sale or Despatch  some time it shows an error "A floating point exception occured in user process" and while existing  and it shows that shift end is over in Despatch/Point of sale . But  the Project arrow information were not created and the Account MIS shows the Day end was not done in point of sale.
 While checking the error with CEPT Mysore and Googling   the results shows the this problem is solved when the Sql Server 2000 is upgraded to Latest Service pack (service pack 4)

 Please down load the SQL SERVER 2000 SP4

 Update the service pack. Then your problem is solved.
