INTERNATIONAL SPEED POST TARIFF REVISION ERROR.

After the execution of InternationalEMSTariffRevision_2013 patch  while booking a Speed Post article to Malaysia we are getting an error : " NO RECORD: Required information not available for tarrif calcuation. Checkup with Supervisor regarding Tariff, Limits...etc

SOLUTION GIVEN BY PTC MYSORE IS GIVEN BELOW.

Please do the following.

1. Take a backup of counter.mdb and counter database.

2. Download the attached InternationalEMSTariffRevision_2013 .exe.

3. Run the exe and click on Update.
