EPAYMENT RESET REGISTRATION-INSTRUCTIONS FROM PTC.


If you have changed your ePayment client machine and not registered the new machine no data transmitted from the new machine will appear in MIS


You should always use the same machine you have registered your office for ePayment file transmission.


In case you have to change the machine, say due to hardware failure, virus infection etc. Immediately after changing the machine


you have to re register your office in website and register your new client machine.


If register me button is not enabled, sent us a request mentioning the same we will sent you an exe


(send any other email id that rediffmail, redifmail used to block epayment attachments)


Please do registration of your office in website and register your client machine to get your data reflected in MIS
