    I was registered the complaint on dated 29 Jan 14.his complaints no 8503860469. As per mechanic taken the mother board, hard disk, Rem but after 50 days nobody attand the complaint. Really hcl Co vary frod don't attand the complaint at the time.

    Dear sir, I am kindly inform you that i have send previously a mail regarding this and 2 to 3 phone calls to customer care, mr vikas and mr shashikant and engineer also for this. I had purchased HCL desktop on 2nd june 2013 with 3years warrenty from HWORLD SYSTEMS at yamuna vihar delhi. Sr no is 4133AA611413 and complent no. 8503657646 on 3rd december13. Engineer picked motherboard, SMPC and processor on 6th december13 but after three months completd still not done any work for this matter at karkardooma office.     my hcl laptop is not working because its keyboard is not properly working, certain keys are not working, therefor I can't type my password also. I make several calls but I can't register my complaint.
